Storage
Refrigeration: Sealed in plastic wrap, it will keep up to two
weeks. Let stand at room temperature for half an hour
before serving.
Gourmet tip
This earthy cheese will play a starring role in any aperitif board
and is a MUST on any dessert platter. A perfect companion for
baked potatoes or enjoy with a glass of a rich bouquet wine.
Rustic and exquisite, it is an indulgence with a traditional rye
bread.
