 The Homemade Cheese Dairy
Fresh milk? Every day the Walker milk trucks collect the precious good at various points in Valais, in conformity with the demands of the
environment. The milk is virtually still warm. 
Independent activity: the cheese dairy handles some 4.5 million litres of milk, about 50% of which are used to produce raclette cheese. The rest is destined for homemade and
Alpine cheeses, as well as for specialities such as yoghurt. Cheese bearing the Walker label stands out for its distinct, characteristic taste.
The Valaisan milk producers make an essential contribution to preserving the sites of the Upper Valais and its quality of a holiday paradise.
Walker, with its cheese dairy in Aletsch-Vallée de Conches, works closely together with them to safeguard the environment and enhance the
economy of the area.
