Independent activity: the cheese dairy handles some 4.5 million litres of milk, about 50% of which are used to produce raclette cheese. The rest is destined for homemade and Alpine cheeses, as well as for specialities such as yoghurt. Cheese bearing the Walker label stands out for its distinct, characteristic taste.
