Storage
Refrigeration: Sealed with plasticwrap, it will keep up to two weeks. Let stand at room temperature for half an hour before serving.

Gourmet tip
Delicious when complimented by a glass of wine, for example, Va-laisian Petite Arvine, Ermitage or Cornalin. As an appetizer, compliment with carpaccio. For a real Valaisian dream, use wafer-thin cheese slices marinated with walnut oil, served on a bed of gourmet lettuce leaves.
